At Pilates by Nadia, we strive to provide high-quality services to all our clients. We understand that our clients' needs may change, and we want to accommodate those changes as much as possible. However, we must also protect our business by adhering to a fair and consistent refund policy.

 

Policy

• Non-refundable: All purchases of Pilates by Nadia services, including but not limited to private lessons, group classes, workshop registrations, and class packages, are non-refundable.

• Transferable: Services purchased from Pilates by Nadia can be transferred to another individual.

• Expiration: All services purchased must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Any services not used within this time period will be forfeited without refund or credit.

• Scheduling: It is the responsibility of the client to schedule and utilize their purchased services within the validity period. We encourage clients to schedule their sessions as soon as possible to ensure availability.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel a session, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up for your session, you will be charged for the session without any possibility of a refund or rescheduling.

 

Exceptions

Pilates by Nadia may, in its sole discretion, allow for the return or replacement of services under certain circumstances. These circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Acknowledgment

By making a purchase with Pilates by Nadia, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our no refund policy, and you agree to be bound by its terms.
