Every Saturday at 9am + 10am PST, join Nadia for a 55-minute livestream pilates class you can do from the comfort of your home. Beginners welcome.

 

WELCOME TO OUR ONLINE MAT PILATES CLASSES

I'm so excited for our online class together! Be sure to register for each class through the individual class links above. If you have any issues logging in feel free to PM or text me at (323) 392-6550. 

These classes will be using some props. If you have all of them that’s great! Otherwise, you can substitute any of them for other items listed below or use nothing at all and you will still feel the workout!  Again none of these props are required. I just taught a girl who didn’t have any props nor even a yoga mat on hand and she still had a great workout!

 

Props recommend:
Yoga mat, otherwise a thick blanket will help!
Free weights or water bottles/cans or even laundry detergent etc.
Exercise Band that is a loop or you can tie. 
Strap or Long belt/towel for stretching 
Also, a small towel or shirt is great if you don't like putting your face on your yoga mat. 

 

Donations: (No ClassPass)
All classes are by donation or free at this time.

Be sure to have your phone or laptop plugged in or fully charged as it can consume a lot of battery energy!

 

If you have any injuries or conditions please let me know on Zoom or text me at the beginning of class so we can modify when necessary. Also, if you do have any injuries or conditions be sure to be mindful of them and stop any exercise that you feel could aggravate the issue.

 

Keep in mind that we are all still getting used to this technology so any feedback is great! If you can’t hear or see me well please let me know during or after class.   

 

When you come on to the call we will all hear each other and then I will mute you so there aren’t any interruptions.
